St Ives radio control car club

This Sunday the Reconvened AGM will be held to elect a new treasurer and the missed financial accounts for 2011FY will be presented prior to the voting.

We will be able to present all financial details to current day and any questions related to the state of the current finances and transaction details or what went on during 2011FY are welcome.

Also there will be a vote to amend the Club constitution in relation to timing of special general meeting rules on the day and discuss financial reporting periods to the club membership and how to best deal with this.

Plus a discussion related to Association points of interest and how the current constitution references this and if it should be changed or not.

If you’re planning on racing this Sunday please be at the track before 8.30am to avoid paying an entry fee of $5 a person for the St Ives Show.

There will be no 3rd sunday meeting this month. Next club meeting will be the 6th of may.

2012 VENOM GROUP AARCMCC EP10 Off Road National Titles this weekend – 4 to 9 April (9 April is a rain day)

This sunday race meeting has been cancelled due to the track being too wet after the saturday rain.
