A busy month for the Club this month with the J Concepts ‘Clash’ on the 6th February, and the AGM on the 20th February.

The ‘Clash’

The ‘Clash’ is shaping up to be a great day with a good mix of entries from most of the NSW Clubs.
The Novice class is a little light on so we will be accepting late entries on the day if you wish to have a run.
Saturday practice is open from 10am till around 4 pm, and racing commences at 8.30am with the drivers meeting at 8.00am.

AGM

The Club will be holding it’s annual AGM on Sunday the 20th February, during the lunch break on Race Day.
The current committee will step aside, and nominations will be heard for the new committee, and positions will be voted on.
In order to vote, you must have your 2011 Membership completed, and be in attendance on the day.

The positions are:

President
Secretary
Treasurer
Track Manager
Catering Manager
IT Manager

These positions are open to any paid member, subject to Nomination and voting.
A copy of the Clubs Constitution will be available before hand, and a financial report for 2010 will be presented on the day.

On-line entries for R4 at Maitland on the 31st October will open at 5pm on the 5th October

Entries have closed for the NSW State Titles.
Tyre orders & Payments are due by Friday 10th September.

A fine day and some great competition last Sunday and St Ives reels in competition leaders, Castle Hill, to come within 6 points.

Great drives by Thomas Armstrong, Darryn (Darrylyn) Johnson, Ant Geerno, Ben Panic, Michael Harlow, Aaron Bruce, Cam Sautelle, Paul Shannon & Tom Clifford, put us in a very strong position, winning the round (874 points) from Maitland (871 points), Castle Hill (859 points) & Ryde (824 points).

That effort moved St Ives to 1743 points, just behind Castle Hill with 1749 points, and just ahead of Maitland with 1710 points.

Great work guys and look forward to moving ahead at the next round at Ryde on the 29th August.
